My work with film explores the intimate and delicate relationship light and film share. It feeds on my fascination with the manner in which the impermanence of light becomes permanence once it irreversibly reaches the film. Revolving around light and jumping from one subject or idea to the other, binding bits and pieces together, these bodies of work aim to find a way of capturing the moment and saving it for later, turning film into a permanent mirror.
