Four Months Recap - October ‘20 to January ‘21

October 2020 to January 2021 in bullet points. A summary of the summary.

* Dis/harmony at PH21 Gallery (Budapest) ended on October 17. I had “Erie” and “Boom” (both film photography - expired film) in this exhibition. The selection is still available on their website (this one started on my birthday).

* “Full Moon”, “Optimism. Lemonade” and “In Passing” were on view at Beaux Arts Gallery in Brampton (ON) for the Winter Show (Nov 2020 - Jan. 31, 2021).

* The 2020 Poetry Marathon Anthology (editor Shloka Shankar) came out. My poem “Cattail” is on page 82.

* ‘That Evening by the Ocean’ was curated into the  Federation of Canadian Artists, Toronto Chapter’s 2020 Open National Juried Exhibition (Dec. 1 - Dec 31).

* “That Evening by the Ocean” was curated into the 10th Annual “All Women” art exhibition at Light Space & Time Online Gallery (Palm Springs, California) for the month of January.

* I have a profile on Gallea and two of the works I have listed with them, “Cityscape” and “First Snow:”, have been selected into their Best of Abstract Art collection

* Two series are in the works currently and are shaping up nicely: Overlap (rice & mineral - stone - paper collage) and Comets (gold and silver ink on stone paper).

I do have some exciting news about future projects and cannot wait to share them in the next update.  Also, stay tuned for the “Overlap” launch date!
